Hi Charlene,

Welcome back! 8) I've been wondering what some of the rather more silent long-standing members have been up to. I'm glad to hear you're feeling better.

Love,
CJ

Charlene , Glad to see you back here, and hope you are doing better. Depression is so hard to get out of that state. Well it's just depressing.
I'm Manic depressive. Medication has helped but living my life as truthful as i can has helped even more. This place has helped a greatdeal , hope it does the same for you. .....Kristen

Hi Charlene--
I do remember your signature line, and yes, it has been a while. Depression is always hard for me to hear about it, and many of my friends deal with it. Medications help all of them, but of course, they're not magic bullets. There are side effects. For the most part, it helps them more than hinders them.

My own depression tendencies have always been there, but recently I made big strides away from that.

I hope you have some stability now.
