Well I know I posted the why I changed my name from Deborah to Virginia, but again, it is Virginia Irene. Virginia was my mother's name and Irene was her mother's name and as I have said, I think they both would be proud of their "daughter" and "grand-daughter."

Mrs. Missy accidentally gave me my name. We spent so much time in the Misses Departments that she started to call me Missy and the name stuck!

Easy, Erin is the feminine of Aaron.
When I was little, Santa Claus always misspelled my name E-R_I_N... I kinda took it as a sign 8)

I chose my name after an ex classmate I went to school with years ago. Her name was Wendy, and I thought she was attractive and a sharp dresser (she still is a sharp dresser). So I picked my fem name after her.

my name

Post by Sallee »

I have had my name for some time now and have often thought about changing it but who would know me then I did just change the spelling from Sally to Sallee. Any way it came from a Lou Reed song I can't remember the name and it may have been from his Velvet Underground days. The line is "Sallee can't dance no more she has eye brows painted in her knees, Sallee can't dance no more" It is a great tune but most all of his are...Sallee

Like Sallee Jane came from Velvet Underground's Sweet Jane which is one of my favourite tracks. J is also my initial, which is convenient for the post.

I was given the name Elandra in a meditation from one of my spirit guides, since i believe that our souls are born from a larger aspect of ourselfs, it just seemed fitting that i use that name :)

Femme Name

Harmony Bay - That's a lovely sounding name!

Makes me think of a beachside resort in Jamaica with palm trees swaying, white sand for miles and miles, the ocean gently lapping the shore, gentle breezes, and listening to reggae music with a Red Stripe beer in my hand - all peace and tranquility.

Yeah mon!

Irie!

At first I never even thought about having a femme name. Once I started getting online I decided that I needed to come up with something. For the pass years, I had only Cross Dressed secretly and there was no need for a femme name. At some point, I adopted a name of "Francine" for my feminine self, the one I now use.
I believe that all of us have a little feminine in us. The freedom to chose how we like to dress either masculine or feminine is a private feeling that anyone can enjoy!

Actually I never had to choose a femme name, just go back to the name I had until I was about 18. Looking back now I can see a lot of the reasons I did not like that name. Repressing the emotions, feelings, desires that are supposed to be for girls only took a lot of energy. Feels good now that 'Lynne' is no longer being denied, but has her place in the sun.
Lots of hugs,
Lynne
PS: thanks to you all, for a very big part in helping me accept 'all' of me.

I went through a few different names at first but finally decided on Jenna. There's just something about the name I really like and it's also very similar to my real name. My only problem now is coming up with a last name. I am sort of pickey and I have played with a few ideas but am still working on it.

My wife and I went through a few names and then we thought about Stephanie but that sounded too rigid so we shortened it to Steffie. I like the name. It seems to convey a certain femininity to me.

(--) We were very young, we were both virgins, and then we were not. Her name was LaDonna.
