Unable to upload pictures - Resolved

Hi Beauty, I've been unable to upload pictures lately. I had gotten a message saying that i had reached my space limit. I deleted 5 of them but I still can upload them. Can you help ? Thanks !!!!

Because we integrated the photo gallery database and the forum database I can't go to the page i'd normally go to to look at your limit.

I'll take a look at it though, I promise.

Hi Beauty, I forgot to mention that this notice appears at the top of the screen that says "0 pictures succesfully uploaded"

Hi Maria,

The only thing I see that I haven't seen with others is you have two albums. Maybe? You can try removing one of them?

Does this error happen when you try to upload to both albums or only one of them?

Nothing looks wrong, so it's a bit of a mystery right now. The error message that's displayed didn't really help.

Thanks for trying Beauty. This happens on the initial 'submital" so it so it doesn't even get to were you choose the album. As soon as I submit I get a message that says "0 pictures succesfuly uploaded " and a not at the bottom that says "Error Message
1. tpeek.jpg Impossible to move " I just don't understand. Should I remove the entire (2nd) album ?

Hmm I'm getting the same thing. However I though something was wrong with the size or not enough album space, but this seems to be the thread to post to. I'm getting the same response as Maria when I try to upload pics?

Hi,

It seems the php SAFE mode function has been turned on by the ISP. I've asked Sharon to submit a ticket to request it be turned off or if there's another solution.

Hopefully it should be fixed soon.
