Photo Gallery? - Resolved

Anybody else having trouble accessing the photo gallery?

Don't know if my problem is local or not.

Something is not working correctly, for sure.

I would post you the link to it, but I guess it is better to send it in a private message. (Just because only registered users should access it, as far as I know)

I had no problem either all though it did not open in the usual way.

The gallery isn't opening right for me with Firefox 1.0.2 - I just get a page of code.

I tried going in using Internet Explorer and it did work.

I'm going to install the newest Firefox and see if that works.

I just installed Firefox 1.0.3 and I still get just the page of code for the photo gallery - I thought it was just me when it started a couple of days ago.

So it looks like the members who are having problems are using Foxfire, am I right?

Our server was upgraded recently and I am wondering if there is a glitch somewhere. Let me know if you're still having problems and if it's only when you use Foxfire? If so, I will contact our ISP and see if they can solve the problem...

I have just contacted our ISP about the problem but they need more info. Here is what they had to say...

Do you know what error they are getting, or the steps they take to get the error so we can try to recreate it?

So if any of you that are having these problems let me know what you are doing and post the code or error message that you get...

We went ahead and downloaded Firefox to see what would happen. It seems that the photo gallery can not be viewed at this time using Firefox. All we got was this code:

Hopefully our ISP will be able to figure out what is going on...

I will keep everyone updated...

Sharon,

When I use Firefox and go to the photo gallery, I get a view of the same code, but with an additional hollow box character in front of each character.

I used internet explorer, and the photo gallery worked fine.
