Hi all,

Yes, I love being domestic. However, like cooking (and I'm a good cook, too), I enjoy it more when I'm doing it more than just for myself. I like to please and to be of service (and, to my mind, this has nothing to do with being feminine or not; it's just who I am). Marie, my roommate, says she is thrilled at not having to lift a finger to get her supper or morning coffee. I even gave her a pedicure and manicure last week. I just love pampering the women in my life. Regardless of how I'm dressed (truth is, I haven't dressed in a very long time).

Since having moved into our new apartment, about a month ago, I've been doing most of the cooking and I love it (I've become something of a "BBQ Queen" ). Part of me thinks I'd make a good "househusband" even though I don't know how I'd feel about not working outside the home. I love to work. As far as the cleaning goes, well, the place is still a bit of a mess; we're still painting, unpacking boxes, etc. I've lived with Marie before (a couple of years ago) and usually we have a routine where we'll split the cleaning chores every Sunday. I'm looking forward to kick-starting that routine again, once the dust has settled down, so to speak.

Love,
CJ

I spend nearly all of my home time in femme clothing and have older clothes that I use when cleaning. One thing that I enjoy is the rush of cold air that you get over stockinged legs and feet when you open the freezer door. Doesn't happen in drab mode. The other thing I notice is how dangerous pouring boiling water is.

Hi Girls:

while I do not do much house cleaning as I have a lady that does it for me, there are times in between when I do need to do Laundry, and also cleaning in the Kitchen etc.
I always feel more comfortable, and like it is one of my tasks, when I am fully dressed wearing a skirt, and other suitable femme clothing.
I have my own business, and i often find I am more comfortable doing office work in the evening while wearing a Skirt etc, as for some reason, it seems like it is Ladies who do that type of a job most of the time. I always seem to get more accomplished in less time when I am appropriately dressed

Danette you simply must buy yourself a French Maid's uniform its fun wear.

While watching the film ISLAND at the cinema I noticed a Maid's Dress on the clothes rack before the actor pulled it out along with a Nurses outfit.

Nice maid's dress I thought ! =D>

Cleaning

Post by Becca Chambers »

As I'm a teenager, to me, cleaning has all the pleasureful benefits of rolling around on broken glass. But then, I'd have to admit dressing up while doing it makes it infinitely more tolerable. And if I ever got the chance at owning a French Maid outfit, I would clean every chance I got. Hey, I'll bet even my mom would let me dress up if she thought dressing up like a maid would make me wanna do chores.
