Was chatting to my sister today on the phone and arranging to meet soon when she said I want to buy you some clothes(female ones). I only told my sister earlier this year and she has been great. Even so I wasn't sure whether she was being tolerant or supportive. Now I know and she can probably never fully realise how much a simple sentence like that means to me. I am not bothered if she buys anything for me or not but the fact that she wants to speaks volumes.
Since telling my sister I have become a happier and more confident person. My advice to anyone deep in the closet, like I was, is to figure out if there is anyone they can confide in and do so, but only if and when you are ready.

Jane, You can tell your sister that your other sisters here are proud of her and her tolerance for acceptance. It appears that gg's tend to be more accepting of this than male family members. Glad that you have such a nice sister! I am glad too that you have began another phase in your "Magical Mystery Tour." Having the ability to just confide in someone else is a big step forward!!! Congratulations!
