Hi all,

Yesterday, while on vacation in the Adirondaks, my wife and I went to a local church thrift store and we bought 2 clothing items, a male short sleeved shirt and an Ashley Taylor floral nightgown, both in excellent shape, and paid $1 for both.

Hi all,

Today, my last day on this vacation, I picked up a nice soft long red dress with a black floral print at a Goodwill for the huge price of $1.50.

Details will be in my latest entry in "What Are You Wearing"

Hi all-

Friday and Saturday (August 9-10) Kohls had a big sale. Bought 3 pairs men's khakis, 3 pair Vainty Fair string bikini panties (50% off - 3 for $10.50 US!) for me and 3 pair Maideform thongs (also 50% off) for my wife. Since the pants were cheap ($16), I couldn't believe that they all fit differently. I'm used to trying on lots of different womens' jeans, but after I brought the pants home and modeled them for my wife, I kept one pair and returned two. Even though tags said they were the same size (and even lot no.), they were not! #-o

Lesson - always try everything on in the store, if you can. Gee, I thought I only had trouble with womens' clothes sizes....

Another shopping day with the bride today. I purchased her three new bras in a style she's liked, and she bought a few pair of jeans. Since we were in the Torrid store, she picked up a pair of bubblegum pink ruffled "cheeky" panties for me. @@9@@

shopping weeks

Post by Jabbela »

Hi all.

Yes i had some spare time being alone at home, while my wife and kids where on vacation. I stayed at home for home improvements.

And of course I took every opportunity to be en-femme. Well and there were alot of them. And I could not stand to do some shopping. Well what did I bought then:
1 pair of white ballerinas,
2 pairs of low heeled pumps,
1 pair of boots,
1 short dress in grey,
1 black blouse,
1 light yellow top.

hmm - maybe i forgot some items...

Last not least I ordered a second Amoena Tria Contect Light form. I can hardly await, until it arrives.

Hugs, Jabbela

On Saturday I did a bit of shopping. In addition to some new foundation, mascara & lipstick to replace everything that dried out from lack of use, I also picked up:

- A sterling Silver necklace & charm (all of my "costume" jewelry is being phased out - no more fake stuff for me!! (50% off all the sterling silver, plus an additional 10%)

- 5 pairs of Tommy Hillfiger low-rise panties (a nice blend of cotton & lycra - on sale for $3 each)
Live it. Love it. OWN IT.

Hi all,

A package of items I ordered online from Blair arrived today:

A horse print fleece jacket for a friend's Christmas gift (the price finally dropped to our price range);

A blue butterfly print cotton robe and gown set that really surprised my wife. She is wearing it now and loves it! It's nice for warmer weather and she says that she will let me borrow it;

A cream corduroy jacket with matching tee for my wife for later this year (maybe anniversary in September - number 28 ) so into the large gift box in the computer room closet. After I give it to her and she wears it, then she will probably let me borrow it.

Jadeanne

edited 8/16 to change the cool smiley to the proper anniversary number 28

Well I bought stuff today...

A beautiful black dress (knee length) with a little wider straps up top... reminds me of the perfect "little black dress". I also bought 2 pairs of panties and a bra... I still need to get panty hose but I need to find some my size first...

Hi all,

I received my latest order from Roamans - 2 long tricot nighties - 1 peach, the other light blue.

I'm putting them away for us to open and wear later.

We both like nightgowns and the same size fits both of us.

This is what i bought yesterday and last week.

Last week at JCPenny I got a cami bra top for under $5 and a skirt at Yonkers for $15. One has to love clearance sales. Maybe too much??

Yesterday I had some work to do in the garage and did not really want to wear any of the nice skirts I had, so I was thinking a long denim skirt would be nice. So I headed to a near by town with a Goodwill store. I found a nice long denim skirt with buttons up the front and a top both in really good shape. So I got what I wanted and headed out of the parking lot, only to see a going out of business sale at a lingerie store that I had shopped at before for my wife. So I drove over and it said closed. That was ok, my budget was limited anyway. And I wanted to stop by JCPenny and get another cami top. So I get to JCPenny and get two more cami tops, remember price from above. And then I look at some of the other stores for earrings. I Have had my ears pierced for 3 weeks and will need some earrings at some point. After looking around a bit I realize I had been in the mall for over an hour and should get going. But as I leave I think back on the going out of business sale. My funds are almost nil, so I decide to just go and browse if they are now open. I get there and they are still closed but it says opening like 5 minutes ago, so I figure they are closed for good and turn to leave as the owner drives up. Well I gotta look now.

I go in and look about, not alot left and everything is 75% off. I chat with the owner as I browse, a few maybe's, but I do not have the cash. As I go to leave, a browse a clearance table. Yes this was a clearance table at a going out of business clearance sale. Anyway, I see some forms and quickly browse through them. All singles, no wait, one set left. I look at the price. Great price for medical grade forms. I debate, no wait and get the money and come back after talking with my wife, and if they are still here then get them. I ask when is her final day before closing. She says three days, tuesday is her last day. I debate, such a good deal, I would like a set of forms, no cash to pay for them. Debate, debate, yes, no, yes ,no. I decide to use CC, get the forms, 2 forms bras, 2 longline bras and a slip.

Now I just need to tell my wife. Yes i know money is tight, yes I know those extra expenses, yes I know, I know...

But it was a sale. And by the way i show my wife all my purchases, my choice.

i think i will be content for a while.

The only thing I bought today was piece of mind. I have been thinking so much as most of you know about me and my CD side. With alot of superior thinking ladies on this forum, I think I am for once in my life Happy with my life in total. All the departmentalized parts of my brain.

So I can say that I spent the best dollars of my life this weekend in this room and on this computer.

I want to thank all of you ladies for you superior insight and love. An most for putting up with my screwed up self.

Love an Kisses Gee.
