My name is special: in full it is 'Rebecca Leigh Blackwood'

Thats my femme name for ya!

I got Becca from a person i met. She was one of the most beautiful people you could meet. All I found out was her name. Rebecca. So my name is a sort of tribute to her.

Leigh is just there because if anyone asks my middle name ill say 'Leigh' and be happy in the knowledge they thought my middle name must be 'Lee'.

Thanks girls..... @@9@@

I was thinking of the cartoon character Daria because she's brainy and I like her 'tude. But I initially misremembered her name as Darla. I quickly realized that it wasn't Darla, but I liked the name and Daria seemed a bit of an obvious reference. Oddly enough it turned out to be age appropriate -- it was popular name when I was born, but fell out of fashion in later years.

I once fell in lust over a woman named Susan. I read that Susan is the most popular name chosed by CDs, so I wanted to change it a little. Added an "n" and its been that way for 15 years.

Wanted a new name for this forum. On the name list, Evangeline immediately had a certain ring to it, a wonderful sound. I remembered a country song that I heard -- checking Google, i found a few tunes -- none was the one i recalled. Then I checked out Mr.Longfellow's poem (abridged).Evangeline was sadder about losing a lover than I am, but I decided it fit a bit....The name really hit though when I discovered I was also Eva.,,, I loved that. Dont know why...
My "spruced" up full name is Eva Greene, get it?

I've always thought that Amy was a really nice name. It's short, sweet, and I think it's perfect for me. I picked Santos as my last name because a girl in my class has it as her last name and I think that it's really nice, I think that the name means saint.

I liked the name of the country a western singer Loretta Lynn, but did not want to take the complete name. I visited a cross dressers site, whose name is Shirley Ann Sometimes. I liked that Because I feel like that. Well Loretta Ann Mann says the same thing in a way. "Loretta And Man" That's me. "Hey Man I'm Loretta Ann".

When I first joined the british tg group "The Beaumont Society" in June 1983 I didn't have a femme name. When asked what my femme name was I said "What do I need that for?" as far as I was concerned my name was Jim and that was that.

But they were a very persistant lot in the BS, they frowned upon my preference to drink beer in pint glasses and for smoking a pipe with my best frock on, too!

So to keep them quiet, I chose "June" cos thats what date it was. I didn't much like that name so changed it later to Margaret, I didn't much like that either so changed it to Jenny, my pet dog at the time was called Jenny.

When I logged onto this site last year I had been going through a difficult patch with depression, and needed a new name. So I typed the surname of an old airforce chum into Google, and choose the first associated female name to appear "Kerri" I kind of like that name, so I will stick with it.

I could never use a family name, to me that would be to disrespect that person. My view. No offense intended to anyone.

Take care

love to all

I always enjoyed the name Maria. This is a common hispanic name. It was a challenge finding a middle name for my first name. I tried Maria Elena and Maria Natasha, but I chose Bianca.

Many years ago, I worked for an insurance company and got to know the receptionist named Bianca. This is an Italian for white. The Spanish name is Blanca, which also means white.

Although I see myself as a hispanic girl, I chose Maria Bianca over Maria Blanca; I wouldn't like being nicknamed Casablanca!

My name, Alana Michele, is a feminized form of my actual name. I like it; it flows.

I chose Amy because rumor has it that would have been my name if I were born a girl. Not that I for one am upset with the way it worked out, but it always seemed a shame it didn't get used.

I chose Susan as its been a name that has figured large in my life. My first TV heart throb was Susan Dey back in the Partridge Family days. It goes on from there but my daughter's second name is Susan, I wonder why :)

All the Susan's I have known have been lovely people and I'd like to think I am myself.

My mother would have called me Claire if I had been born a girl but Susan suits me better.

Regards

Susan

HI, My choice of names was very easy all that is required is whether I will
be "Pat" the boy or "Pat" the girl. So these days I am Pat the (fem) boy with my bras, panties, plucked & shaped eyebrows, nail polish(mainly clear) and mix'n'match femm jeans, tops, etc. & gold stud earrings.
I don't know whether anyone in the groups that I mix in notice, but to date I have zero comments, maybe they just accept that, thats Pat
Keeping them cupped comfortably.

My femme name is "cheryl". I prefer the sound, and it is faily common, and no possibility for confusion. Cheryl is more than a name, she is a friend of mine.
