CD Culture in Travel and Leisure Magazine

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

CD Culture in Travel and Leisure Magazine

Post by Rikki »

Very interesting article on the "Muxe" (moo-she) of Mexico's Oaxaca state in this month's Travel & Leisure Magazine. Muxe are family members who are CD'ers and/or gay, very artistic, and care for family elders since they do not leave home to start their own family. Each year there is a festival called "Festival of the Authentic, Intrepid Danger-Seekers, and it says that this culture is 2000 years old.

It sounds like a wonderful old-world CD society the is open and welcoming. How nice is that?!! If you can get a look at it, do. November issue, Page 98. Great photos of wonderful people. rr
