Looks a tad like what Robin Williams wore in Mrs. Doubtfire.

I actually find this face very masculing (un wigged) and dispite the make up, Therfore I wonder if this is more an attempt to disguise something on the wearers face over an attempt to use a mask to create a female image and therefore enhance a female look.

Unfortunately when you have the fuller face (like I do) your limited to very much what you have to work with, as by adding cheek pads and other enhancements you start making the face shape look un realistic, and to large, or out of shape.

I always find it amazing how different just a wig can make to a face, and in this one, the wig certainly is one that suits this type of face, so it a very good choice for this person! however the one thing over all that screams out on the first pictures is that scarf round the neck!!!

Firstly I though it was the neck totally the wrong colour, and secondly when I realised it was a scarf, wraped so tightly round, that my first thoughts would have been what are you hiding under that!! Whats wrong is it draws your eyes to it, rather than something else a loosely wraped scarf of a matching colour would have (IMHO) worked better and not drawn my eye.

Lastly the colour of the scarf, does not work for the makeup either, because it is so dark, nor does having the persons own hand in shoot, the tone chance from face to hand is excessive, and therefore again looks unreal. due to the dark scarf being there, it really lightens the face, and hence the makeup on the latex looks to light and even pale, in contrast to both that of the scarf, and the hand, (ie it runs from top down! light, dark, light, and I think the tone colouring of the skin, lets the effect down, it would I'm sure worked better with a high neck top, and no scarf, (ie light tone and light top) but I would have gone for a slightly darker colour overal are even lighter contact lenses (blue eyes might have helped!! (to match up with the colouring of the wig, and that of the skin tone! so long as the hand was not in shot!

So in answer to you question

maybe? but I would worn, given the tone of the latex used:

A much lighter (light blonde) wig
Lost the scarf and used a higher topped blouse to hide what it's covering
lighten the eye brows a bit
Used blue contact lenses to add to the impression of being blonde
redden the lipstick a bit more, blondes can always get away with this

Just my views
