This forum is a labour of love by the administrators and each of us can use it within the guidelines that Sharon sets out. That means it's free to use (including the photo gallery) as long as you do so with respect to the other forum members, which means that pictures for example must be appropriate for family viewing. Anything not considered as such will be removed. The following link (provided by CJ) will tell you how to post a picture in the gallery;

Are you talking about a Photo Gallery in general? If so, I'm not sure about others but Coppermine is free.
