Post by Loy B(SO) »

Hello. I just recently joined this group. My husband asked me to join this group which he frequents, because he is a cd. He thought maybe I would be able to offer advice or support to those whos SO is not as understanding of them as I am of him.Fact is, My husband is a cd and he enjoys dressing very much.I think he looks sexy in his lingerie and I enjoy helping him pick stuff out.Does it ever bother me?Well, on occassion it gets to me.I wont say it fully bothers me because I know he enjoys it. It makes him feel sexy and that is all that is important.I would be glad to help anyone in any way possible and I plan to start keeping up with the post on here and I look forward to getting to chat with everyone.

Hello Loy,
So nice to have you here and a GG with an open mine =D> .
I'm sure there are a couple of other GG who would like to chat with you as they are having problems with their husbands CD'en. My wife like you is very open mined about my crossdressing and since we are retired now she just let's me dress all I want. Of course she has a #1 rule, no going out in public. Other then that she just turns me loose but is very strick about my appearence, no trashing or looking like a tart always a lady and proper.

Her words" if you are going to do it, do it right". [-X So a warm -wel- and I know you will enjoy our little part of the internet (--) Carol Ann

Welcome Loy,
We are so glad to have you join us and we look forward to your participation. I think that you may find a bit more than you may have been expecting. You may get asked to respond to some very difficult questions. You will see some really heartbreaking situations and some of the joy that this "gift" that some of us feel we have has brought us!
I think you will find that we are on a contininum. That is those who are content to only wear one thing under their "en drab" only once in a while to those who are in the stages of "pre-op!" There is nothing wrong with anyone being anywhere on this contininum. It is a matter of finding yourself, the point of balance in your life, your comfort zone if you will.
Virginia came to me much later in life, she was always there, but I consiciously or sub-consciously repressed. supressed or ignored her until finally during one big crisis she said "you need my help you big lumox!" and not that I could, but I would not change what she has done to and for me for anything in the world. That along with the awe inspiring help of my sisters here, my life is not only in balance, but is fantastic. I have found an SO that loves both of us and it is beautiful. I am at what I feel is a very unique place on this contininum - too long to explain now -but I am so happy and well, I hope you will choose to stay around and participate.
I will tell you this, just between you and I - Loy, you can change lives here - change them for the better! Not many people are afforded that opportunity in their lifetimes and a lot of those that do, choose not to accept the opportunity!
Thank you and we look forward to your input!
Love ,
Virginia

Hi Loy

Another welcome to you and so glad to know you are accepting of your husband's cding. You will certainly find a lot of support here if you ever need it so don't be shy. If you can give something back, then so much the better, as you'll find a few, who I'm sure, would benefit greatly from your openmindedness, your encouragement and support. The best thing about this forum, apart from the great folks here, is that whatever your particular situation, you only need to move at your own pace in all that you do. If you're able to have some fun with it too, then even better.

Nice to have you with us.

Stephanie
