PS. It macaroni not pasta! I had a great night at my daughters apartment cooking for her and her girlfriend tonight and have to post the story CJ. I can't wait until next tuesday!

PS. My Aunt Pearl makes a Sicilian style pizza that is about 1 1/2" thick.Almost like a bread. She just uses crushed tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil,5 or 6 chopped fresh cloves of garlic and sprinkles grated Pecorino Romano cheese lightly on top. She gets real mad when people want all kinds of toppings on a pizza and it's dripping with cheese.. She said"Thats the way a pizza should be made." Oh those Sicilians! Why do you think they all live on an Island? The book kicked them off the mainland! Don't tell her I said that! She 85 but still has connections!
