Jeannie's in hot water again!

Post by Jeannie »

Ladies. I need your help pronto! I know you won't believe this but I made a big miscalculation in posting "The Story of Jesus according to Jeannie" Part 1 and part 2! The first installment was when I found an ancient manuscript in my antique armoir in the back of my panty drawer. It blows the whole theory wide open. I thought I would make millions! It contained the minutes of The Apostles Social Club meeting where they came up the concept of a Son of God. The second installment was Jesus trying to explain to Mary where he was all weekend! I think that's the one that pushed them over the edge. Gee. Here I only get 1000 people mad at me. Now I have 100 milion on My Space!
The Protestants won't talk to me,the Muslims are up in arms(What's new!) The Jews are making me pay full price,The Catholics put those little spikes that you see on a ledge( to keep the pidgeons off) on my kneeler when I went to confessions to wipe the slate clean and The Evangelicals are circling my house at the moment!
I know most of you will throw me under the bus but I need a safe house for a few weeks until things cool off. I'll be in cognito(Drab). Hey. Silver Lady! I know I'm a pain in the backside but maybe could I come down to Florida and stay in your basement. Scratch That! You guys don't even have basements.
Maybe you can help Carol Ann. I suffer enough being a printer every day. Four color washes already today! Throw me a bone Hon! Sorry ladies I have to book! It's George W. outside with those Evangelicals! Oh NO! I'm screwed! Wish me luck I'll need it!Hugs!

Jeannie

I was going to suggest we move this post to the Humour section as you do such a good job in bringing a smile to our faces. However, if this is indeed one of your rare 'serious' moments, then you should know that one should never mock another's religion in any shape or form. [-X

The good news though is that you appear to have achieved your goal in making those millions............. The bad news is that it's the number of people angry at you right now.!! Life is full of ups and downs and as you've told us many many times, you're one of those people who have always 'gone with the flow'. Continue to do it and I'm sure My Space will find something else to keep it busy. As for SilverLady, I can't comment on what she'll do to you!

Hi Steph!
Hey. I working on the draft as we speak. My daughter Katie loved it. She just graduated from the University of Hartford with a degree in Philosphy and English/creative writing. Her girlfiend Ilissa who is Jewish,my gg friends Hilary and Beverly are also Jewish also loved it. It blasts everyone. My GG friend Hannah is buddist and she liked it. Hey I gave it a test run with the GG's and they said "Go for it" It's not my fault! I must say myself it's pretty good.
I must say one thing. It seems Jewish women always like me. They have a great sense of humor. Think of all the top twenty comics or comedians from the past or present. What are most? Jewish! They have to be. They have demonized from the begining of time. All they want to do is just exactly what I want to do.Be myself and go about my day. Mel Gibson made the statement recently "The Jews cause all the trouble in the world" He left out a few key words Hon. "The PEOPLE WHO HATE THE JEWS have caused all the trouble in the world.Think about it. It's true. Hugs ladies.

Aw, and what a funny PITA you are, too, so I'll make you an offer you can't refuse, oy-vey-wow! You can come down here and stay in my 'basement' but don't forget your scuba gear and oxygen tanks. Oh, and it's mating season for the alligators, so do be careful! *sink*

While this thread is partly humorous, I also know it's one of your serious moments that the general forum rarely gets to see - but to which I've been exposed many times, and pleasantly so, I might add. So, my decision as Mod is to keep this thread exactly where you started it - here in the Off-Topics section.

Good luck dodging all those missiles, Jeannie - you're going to need it!! <<^o^>>

PS: Send me a PM with your MySpace link - you've piqued my curiosity and now I've got to read this article for myself!!

Jeannie my love, I fully understand what it's all about. After years of being in pressrooms and snifing all kinds of stuff your brain slowly melts. Honey time to retire and breath clean frest air. I don't have a basement but I have an airie front porch you can bunk on if you enjoy living out in no where.

Jeannie, I think you should take up Carol Ann's offer. "Out in Nowhere" is exactly where you need to be, at this moment.

But wait, don't all revolutionaries need printing presses? You have to keep cranking out the literature, too. Guess you'll have to take the laptop with you.
