WOW!! Went well

Post by Jill S »

My wife and I had the big talk Sunday morning. She is somewere beyond wonderfull ! Lots of tears and we are both still trying to understand this, but we are in it together. She needs a Christian based support group or couneler to talk to. I understand this and may not be back here, but would like to thank you all SOOO much for your kindness and support.

Hi Jill,

I'm glad the talk went well and applaud your courage. Also your wifes courage.

I hope you'll be back. Sharing what works for you and your wife in this is the sort of support that many other members here, including me, come for.

Hi Jill--
I'm SOOOO glad to hear that. I would hope that she can come to understand that we're not a den of scoundrels over here. I have seen in other's postings that trying to reconcile crossdressing with Christian beliefs is a hard process. I wish her the best in trying to go this route.

Jill when my wife first found out she was really hurt and kinda went bananas for a while. She didn't talk to me for over two weeks then she came to me and said" your still the same man I married 40 years ago no matter what cloths your wearing". In short it has worked itself out just fine and that was over 6 years ago.

Wow! That's a big hurdle over Jill. Congratulations to you both. I hope your wife finds the kind of support she needs with the group. Keep us posted on how it goes and good luck!

Hi Jill,

We are delighted on progress, and wish you the best.

To quote myself from another post in another forum:

"Any of you girls who have even grudgingly accepting SO's should be thanking their stars. Treat such partners gently and caringly, they are precious."

Hugs,
