You may or may not have heard that in California, (where else???!!!) they now have aerobic's classes for guys --- ready for this ------- in high heels!!!
I, like most of you, wear heels on certain occasions, I guess we wish we could wear them all the time, but what I have found and this has been for a couple of years back ------- they sure make my back feel great!!!!!
I can finish a workout or when I first get up in the morning, put on a pair of 3" or +/- height and within a few minutes of just walking around my back feels great!!! The best height for you may vary so try out different heights. What better way to improve on your collection anyway!
For those of you who may have a "problem" with your SO, tell them that they do it in aerobics in California and that the medical profession has found that, first, men's ankles are in general a bit stronger than gg's and that the heels put the back in alignment like it is suppose to be, so you want to try it and see if it helps your back!
I would like to see you respond to this to see if you find it helps your back!
I know it does mine and SL says .......... well, let me just say it has some very positive side effects!!!!
