This book has been available from Amazon.com for a long time. It is a pioneering book. I recommend it.

ok. so maybe I am THEE only one thinking this.........

but in my eyes,..."I" need a book that takes you from step 1 to step 10..
show me where someone wrote about the drugs they took,...and how they got them,..how they took them daily,..step by step changes,...
feelings day to day......
I mean hey......WHY am "I" the only one looking for it? books books books. not a 1 tells ya,..."yeah,..today is the 1st day I started taking these...cost me $ .00 and it took me X number of weeks to convince dr. so n so...paid $ .00 for office visit...."
month 1; starting to see changes physically,....such n such is happening,...feeling this n that........seeing such n such in the mirror...

c'mon.........

but ah well. if "I" EVER had the chance to make-the-change.......
I guarantee "I" would write it all down from day 1 to end after I had the op. done.

Honestly, I got the feeling from reading it that she told her publisher she was writing it, got an advance and finished it under contract.

Her first book was better. This one was cold and passionless, not really "bad" just not really needed. It was sort of like the 4th book in a trilogy.
