Backtracking a bit - shish-ka-bob meat should be lamb! And if you buy a bottle of Salamida's "State Fair Spiedie Sauce" (it's pronounced 'speedy') to marinate the cubes in before grilling on the skewer, you won't believe how good it is.

My salads are lettuce and vegetables, unless it's explicitly a fruit salad.
