Thats nice of you to say that, too many overlook what veterans have been through. I have my flag up today and sadly, its just one of maybe four on the entire block.

I am so grateful for the women and men who serve in our country's military service. Although the debate of war will never end, these loyal, committed folks willingly serve and we owe them our full support now and when they return home. Now they dodge bullets and bombs but when they return they will have to deal with health issues, substandard benefits coverage and probably unemployment. Not a very good thank you from us to them.

So, I hope all will get proactive and write your congresspeople and ask them to put some focus on our service personnel needs. Tell them to spend less energy on partisan BS about who's right and nonbinding resolutions and get some "real" work done for our vets and their families.
