Pantyhose help

Just wondering if anyone out there knows the way the proper way to put on pantyhose without getting runs in them? Especially after shaving your legs

One leg at a time.

Open the package, give the hose a stretch, scrunch up the hose so you can fit your toe in one foot, slide over foot and part of leg. Repeat for the other foot/leg.

Then stretch each leg a little at a time over each leg, alternating between legs.

Don't over stretch the material

Don't put pressure on the material with individual fingers or thumb.

Don't poke nails into material.

If necessary, use tight white gloves, or Nitrile gloves.

Don't buy hose in too small a size. Consider buying one size larger than you normally buy.

Another thing...make sure your nails don't have any rough bits on that might catch

And don't put them on in a hurry!

Sorry to say that putting on pantyhose is a pain in the

Now I only wear thigh high or as I prefer is gartered stockings, so much simpler.
